Our Services

We provide English lessons, exam preparation courses, educational consultancy, school selection advice and other related educational services. Services may be provided online, in person, or by another method agreed in writing.

Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed when we accept your booking and receive payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The service details, lesson duration, course length, fees, timetable and any special conditions will be confirmed before or at the time of booking.

Fees must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice or booking confirmation. If payment is not received by the due date, we may postpone or suspend the service.

Online Lessons

Online lessons are usually delivered via Zoom or another online platform. Students are responsible for preparing a suitable internet connection, device, camera, microphone and learning environment.

If a lesson cannot take place due to a technical issue on the student’s side, the lesson may still be treated as provided. If the issue is caused by us or our teacher, we will rearrange the lesson at no additional cost.

Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to attend lessons on time, behave respectfully towards teachers and staff, and complete any agreed preparation or homework where required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a student, parent or guardian behaves in a way that is abusive, discriminatory, unsafe or seriously disruptive.

Educational Outcomes

We aim to provide all services with reasonable care and skill. However, exam results, school admission, visa outcomes or academic progress cannot be guaranteed, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Materials and Intellectual Property

Lesson materials, course content, handouts and website content provided by us are for the student’s personal educational use only. They must not be copied, shared, sold or published without our written permission.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
